You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This 14-day cooling-off period begins the day after you receive your item. To exercise this right, contact us at info@somnvia.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Our 30-day return window already exceeds this requirement, so you are fully covered either way.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. For EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, as required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and downloadable digital products (such as eBooks) are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at info@somnvia.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
