You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unworn, unused, returned with its tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@somnvia.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the product back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.
After we receive and inspect the return, the full product purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund. Gift cards and downloadable digital products cannot be returned.

How does shipping work?
