Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide for this specific style and compare it with your current measurements. Sizing can vary between models, so don’t automatically choose a larger size just because you’re pregnant. If you’re unsure, contact us at info@somnvia.com before ordering.
Will these pants accommodate my growing belly?
Our maternity styles feature stretchy or supportive waist designs to accommodate a changing bump. The amount of stretch and belly coverage varies by model. Choose a fit that feels comfortable around your waist and belly without digging in, and check the product details for the style you’re considering.
How should I wash and care for them?
Always follow the care label on your pair, as fabrics vary between styles. For machine-washable styles, use a gentle cycle with cold water unless the label specifies otherwise. Wash with similar colors and avoid tumble drying unless the care label allows it.
What is your 30-day money-back guarantee?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unworn, unused, returned with its tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@somnvia.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the product back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.
After we receive and inspect the return, the full product purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund. Gift cards and downloadable digital products cannot be returned.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the issue. Somnvia Refund Policy
How does shipping work?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also follow your shipment through the Track Order page on our website.
Delivery normally takes an additional 6–18 business days, depending on your location. These estimates do not include processing time. Customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, or delivery to remote locations may result in a longer delivery time.
Standard shipping is free on orders over
A$110. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact info@somnvia.com with your order number so we can investigate the shipment. Somnvia Shipping Policy
